Every step in the creation of XXVIII Premium Texas Rum, from fermentation to bottle, is completed at our Distillery in Round Mountain, TX. The molasses and water we use are from our home state, because we know none purer. We triple distill to ensure a smooth, clean spirit. Finally, our rum rests in American Oak barrels creating the traits which complete its character. XXVIII is connected to Texas in many ways and hold the spirit of our state's history.
