Baron's Select perpetuates the art of being unique, with the meticulous selection of its Cognac XO. This authentic single-estate eau-de-vie, aged on the Château Bellevue cellars, is a one-of-a-kind, carefully crafted work of art, carrying on the family tradition passed down from generation to generation since 1881. Aging : in barrels of 350 liters of Limousin oak during several years. Color : rich amber colour with mahogany reflections. Nose : concentrated aroma of vanilla, candied fruits and sandalwood. Mouth : very full, mellow, revealing the vanilla notes of oak, long aged and melted by time. Way of consuming : it is digestive at his best with a temperature of 25 ° C .
