HillBilly Moonshine
In my youth, I remember sitting around listening to the "old timers", some of them being relatives, talking about the skills in making moonshine. What made this batch better than the last, what works the best, etc. I grew up knowing and learning from them. When I found out that I could make "real" moonshine legally, my mission began.
