Product Description

The San Jacinto is an old Spanish style Silver Rum, 82 proof to honor the 82nd Airborne Division of the US Army. We never rush the distilling process and only keep the hearts cut of each batch. We only use refined sulfur free grade A molasses and pure cane sugar from Louisiana Sugar Refining in Gramercy, LA. This is a Co-Op of cane farmers in South Louisiana that grows only the finest of cane. The molasses flavor rolls across the pallet like a toasted mashmellow around a campfire on a cool winters day. This rum is great for any drink calling for that molasses flavor to shine through.
