Product Description
The San Patricio is an old Spanish style Gold Rum, 82 proof to honor the 82nd Airborne Division of the US Army. We never rush the distilling process and only keep the hearts cut of each batch. We only use refined sulfur free grade A molasses and pure cane sugar from Louisiana Sugar Refining in Gramercy, LA. This is a Co-Op of cane farmers in South Louisiana that grows only the finest of cane. This rum is finished with American White Oak from the mountains of Tennesse where the trees naturally soak up the sugars from the moist mountain environment. The flavors combined on the pallet are like a sweet piece of butterscotch candy.
