Ian's Rum is made using low Sulphur Black Strap Molasses to achieve the flavor, and consistency of a pure molasses Rum. The Texas Hill Country water we use contains minerals which enrich the Rum's robust flavors. The Rum offers a hint of licorice with butterscotch notes which can accentuate your favorite cocktails or any other way you choose to enjoy Ian James Rum.
