Product Description

Our Plata is a stand-alone Plata made with a minimum 7-year agave from our estate huertas (estate fields) in Los Altos de Jalisco near 7,000 feet, water from our two artesian wells, which are at a depth of 250 meters, open vat fermentation and double distilled first in stainless steel where our Ordinario comes out at 30% ABV and is then transferred to our copper Alembic stills to finish our distillation at 55% ABV
