Drum Bay Brand Rum is made with turbinado sugar and molasses and is fermented with citrus fruits in the mash. it is made right here in our Freeport, Texas distillery. It is distilled at apx. 155 proof . Post distillation, it is macerated with two types of vanilla beans: Tahitian, for a faintly sweet vanilla flavor; and Ugandan, for a subtle tobacco vanilla note. These flavors marry very well and this spirit drinks well any way you like it, whether neat, with a mixer, or in a Mojito, or Pina Colada. It is bottled at 100 proof.
