On August 25, 2017 BTC Distillery was in the process of setting up as a licensed distillery when the eye of Hurricane Harvey crossed overhead of our little distillery and removed parts of the building. When it was all said and done, we had to resubmit all the layouts because the main building was now 20 feet shorter.
FU Harvey! became the rallying cheer when working on the R&D for this gin, and we did a lot of R&D to get the blend of botanicals included in this bottle just right.
